its saturday! whee.hee

dear n i planned to wear the couples t-shirt today.hee the ones we gt at nus open hse.haha
we wore the shirt with shorts cause like dear said...it was too hot to wear jeans.



met dear at the mrt station as usual. (:
tokk the train dwn to our place-vivo.hee.we wanted to catch a movie later in the evening so we went to check out the movie times.couldnt find a show tt we had interest in though.so din buy ani tix.

went to the bus stop outside vivo.headed for safra.
hahah dear wanted to go there to collect his free gift.
when we gt dwn the bus...we realised the bus stop was like so far away frm safra.dangs.hahah so we walked n walked.went to the nearby playground for a lil while.n continued walkin.when we gt there ( actually it wasnt tt far la.haha ) we made our way the to receptionist and gt dwn to business.hahah
he gt to choose between a player n a watch.chose the player in the end after we debated for quite some time in front of the receptionist.hahah bet she was laughing at us in the inside.

then went to ya kun for a lil bite.i was hungry.
had my suger butter toast with ice milo.yumm the perfect tea time snack.
dear tried the cheese dip thing.not bad.after tt we both shared the kaya toast.hee we really can it la.

then we gt out of safra n started looking for our mt faber.hahah
it was time for our lil hike.damn i shouldnt have worn my new slippers with just tt bit of heels.hahah
so we followed the sign n climbed the flight of stairs into mt faber.
after the first few steps i met with my first nature encounter.ahhh i practically walked into a spider web.nt tt i could see but i def felt it on my arm.i kept jumpin n makin noise.haha dear was like tryin so hard to get it off me but he couldnt see it as well.hah oh wells movin on...


when we made it up the stairs....ahhhh there was some construction gg on.the whole path was blocked.dead end.dumb pls. ): so we went back dwn again.


luckily we found another entrance.hahah this time with an even longer flight of stairs.dear went to check it out first n when he gave the all clear sign i went up.hahah long ay up but worth every stair.hee.so nice.the feeling of being so close to nature.minus he insects n all..it was great! hadnt felt like tt in a long time.better yet..i was with him. (:

then we just walked thru the nature till we saw this resting area. ( a shed was was what e called
it. ) so we rested for a while n took some pics.



saw a lil friend too.miss super-squirrel.hhaha as we sat on the bench there were so mani ants on the ground la.we tried all means to keep them off us.haha

1.keep feet off the floor at all times.
2.if feet gets tired try movin them.
3.jump up n dwn.move it alll around.
4.create a pool for them so they wont bother u.


hahahahha.

well we had fun la.though with the insects here n theree.hee

then after we rested enough.it was on with the 'hike' !
hahah went to find our cable car! :D so we continued walkin up n dwn..took the more interesting routes even though there was the car road we could follow.hahah


after some time we came to this observation deck thingy.had all the binoculars and stuff.so nice.could see so mani places. :D hhahah



then we continued our hunt for CC.
when we finally found it..wow! sense of acomplishment.hee so proud of myself.
so we bought the tickets.and prepared to go on the sweet sweet ride.
they took a pic of us at the queue.sellin for 20 bucks.dear almost said ok i just shook my head and pulled him with me.hahah
bought drinks n a packet of chips n gt onto the cable car!!! wheee took the round tour.



when we were finally in the air..dear was like so scared.hahah when i wanted to change place with him he was like slowly pls.then i play play wanted to rock the cable car n he started freakin.hahahah until now i still dunno if he was faking it.haha silly baby.
aniwaes the cable car ride was awesome.time spent up there is just priceless i tell u.so niice!

so we went one whole round and poof we were back at mt faber.hhahah
so fast la.shucks.but nvm quality nt quantity.hee
then after we WALKED all the way back to vivo. :D
surprisingly i wasnt tired.hhaha bet the fun of it all din make me realise how weak my body actually was.hahah

then had dinner at secret recipie.yumms.the food there nt bad. :D

after tt when the sun was all dwn we went to the sky garden!
went to sit near the water n soaked our feets.hahah SHIOK!
a nice lil treat for our trusty legs tt made our day so enjoyable. (:
we talked n listen to songs.super sweet.such a nice way to celebrate our tenth in advance.HUGGGGGSSS!!!!

trained home.slept the whole journey.both of us.hahah
